Shipping

 

Standard shipping is a flat $8. Totes ship at $12 with a delivery estimate of 7–10 business days. Pre-order items ship on the date shown on the product listing.

 

Returns & Exchanges

 

Our t-shirts are made to order — each one is produced just for you after you order. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for size, fit, color preference, or change of mind. Please double-check the sizing chart on the product page to ensure a proper fit before ordering, and contact us at thespelbox@gmail.com if you need help choosing a size.

 

If your order arrives damaged, we will make it right. If any product or t-shirt arrives damaged or with a production error (for example, a misprint, defective stitching, or the wrong item, size, or color versus what you ordered), contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once we verify it, we will send a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method. Please contact us before sending anything back.

 

Personalized items (names, years, custom text) cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or with a production error. Minor variations in print placement or color that fall within normal production tolerances are not considered damage or a production error.
